TruthShield was founded by Jessica Albores, MSN, MBA, RN, FNP-C, a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU School of Nursing in New Orleans in 2004, her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University New Orleans in 2011, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2022.
Through TruthShield, Jessica provides attorneys with objective clinical analysis, medical record review, chronologies, literature research, and behind-the-scenes litigation support for medically complex cases.
